The structural condition of the stone balconies of the historic ``Petschek Villa`` required professional intervention. Work on the residence of the US Ambassador to the Czech Republic was carried out in 2025.
A construction survey and static assessment of the condition of the stone balconies revealed a number of defects that required the development of a reconstruction project. The carried out professional intervention and restoration included stonework, metalwork, construction and insulation work.
