U.S. Chief of Mission Residence, 2013 Prague

The Otto Petschek villa, where the US Chief of Mission Residence in Prague is located, is a major landmark of the beginning of 20th century architecture. This precious villa, built in 1924-1928, was designed by the famous architect Max Spielmann in the French Beaux Arts style. The restoration of the antique winter garden door at this historical building was carried out by our specialists.

NANOFORART

GEMA ART played the role of a partner of the European Union Seventh Framework Program (FP7) of EU for science, research and technologies. The main objective of the NANOFORART project was the development and experimentation of new nano-materials and responsive systems for the conservation and preservation of movable and immovable artworks. The FP7 collaborative project was carried out by the consortium of 15 partners from 10 countries, 9 from Europe and 1 from Mexico.

V povodní v roce 2013 došlo k poškození objektu Staré čistírny odpadních vod v Bubenči, zejména podzemních provozních prostor čistírny a jejího vybavení, součástí a příslušenství. Práce jsou realizovány v programu „Záchrany a obnovy kulturních památek poškozených živelnými pohromami“.
