Restoration of the monastery in Třeboň

The subject of the restoration and construction work is the restoration of a part of the monastery and the Church of Our Lady Queen and Saint Giles in Třeboň. The area of the monastery (founded in 1367 by members of the Rosenberg prominent Bohemian noble family) is protected as a national cultural monument. The monastery of the canons of the Order of St. Augustine became after the foundation an important center of education and art at the southern Bohemia.

Panenské Břežany, Upper Chateau

The implemented project was not large in scope, but exceptional. The subject of the work was the construction of historical bathrooms including period equipment in the Upper Chateau of Panenské Břežany, which is now part of the museum compound Memorial of National Oppression and Resistance.

Valeč Chateau, Greenhouse

The Valeč State Chateau and its grounds are listed in the Central List of Immovable Cultural Monuments. Originally a Renaissance chateau, it was destroyed in 1620-1621 and a new Baroque chateau was built on its ruins in the 18th century. The castle grounds include a greenhouse with service buildings, which is the subject of ongoing works.

Rotunda of the Finding of the Holy Cross, Prague

The Romanesque Rotunda of the Finding of the Holy Cross, also called the Church of the Holy Cross the Lesser, was built around 1125 on an important trade route leading from Vyšehrad to the fords over the Vltava River and on to Prague Castle. The rotunda, registered as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic, is currently subject of undergoing reconstruction of the historical roofing.

Ledebour Palace, Prague

The Baroque Ledebour Palace in Prague’s Lesser Town is an important historical building, protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic. Since 1990 the Ledebour Palace has been the seat of the National Heritage Institute of the Czech Republic. A set of ongoing repair and restoration works is being carried out as a subcontract as part of the extensive reconstruction of the building.

Shrine of Prophet Nahum III, Iraq

In June 2019, the project for the rescue of the shrine of the Prophet Nahum was contractually extended with ARCH to include Phase III, the subject of which was the reconstruction of the entire adjacent area. The U.S. and Czech governments contributed funding for the project.

Shrine of Prophet Nahum II, Iraq

The work of the project of Rescue and Restoration of complex of the Prophet’s Tomb shrine commenced in January 2018. The first phase of the project was focused on the implementation of the survey and its evaluation for the next procedure.

The subject of the contract work is the restoration of small buildings in the castle park. Construction and restoration work related to the restoration of the stone benches and staircase in the park, the Gloriette and the aviary.
