Little Buquoy Palace, Prague

The subject of work works was a sensitive reconstruction of the historic building of the Little Buquoy Palace into residential housing. The project required a highly skilled process to realise the high level of artistry and craftsmanship of the house with its well-preserved Renaissance painted and stuccoed ceilings, doors and stove, complemented by Baroque interior features.

The work on the project “Restoration – paper – sub-collections Old prints and Jiří Harcuba Memorial (Rescue of treasures from the depositories) Jiří Harcuba Memorial” is divided into three stages. The contractual partner is the Liberec Region, the North Bohemian Museum in Liberec.

Osečany Chateau

The Osečany Chateau is located in the village of the same name in the Central Bohemian Region. The chateau is privately owned and since 1958 is a preserved cultural heritage registered in the Central List of Real Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic. The subject of heritage protection is the whole chateau complex with a central building, surrounded by a romantic park with several smaller buildings.

Restoration of Cheb Castle – 2nd Stage

Lokalita Chebský hradu má velice dlouhou a bohatou historii. Jeho význam vzrostl roce 1167, kdy hrad získal jako dědictví proslulý římský císař Friedrich I. Barbarossa, který jej velkolepě rozšířil a přeměnil na císařské sídlo – císařskou falc. Areál Chebského hradu je proto nemovitou kulturní památkou zapsanou v Ústředním seznamu kulturních památek ČR.

U.S. Embassy in Prague

Based on the subcontractor contract with the U.S. company MONTAGE Inc. the GEMA ART has performed during the period 2017 to 2020 restoration and construction works related with the U.S. Embassy in Prague compound security upgrade project. All of the executed works were carried out under the supervision of the representatives of the National Heritage Institute and the responsible authorities of the Prague Municipality.

Theatron in Troja Castle, Prague

The early Baroque Troja Castle is a remarkable and extraordinary historical building. It was built by Wenzel Adalbert, Count of Sternberg in the style of the sumptuous Rome suburban villas in the 17th century. Troja Castle is registered in the Central List of the Czech Cultural Monuments as an Immutable Cultural Monument located at the protective zone of the urban heritage reservation of the Historic Centre of Prague.
